My prescription wasn’t sent to where it was supposed to go. My problem was still not resolved as I was misdiagnosed first of all and then given a different diagnosis and told to mask the pain with painkillers and if it gets worse take myself to A and E.

I was waiting for blood to be taken and staff that were suppose to attend to me was laughing and chating with other members of staff for 10 minutes and i was thing i.was at the wring place before one of the finally called me.

When I actually got to see the doctor, she was excellent. The problem is trying to get an appointment you get told two different things by two different people so this is the main thing that needs to be improved.

My experience was first class in every way. The Nurse Practitioner was professional, kind and caring. She explained everything well, was gentle and took her time. She made a very difficult procedure much more tolerable than I had anticipatedI felt very fotunate to be treated by her.

Routine blood tests ordered by GP. Quick and efficient. Waiting room empty and apart from one other patient in the main waiting room the surgery was empty.

Very easy to check in and the waiting room was not busy.I was not waiting long before being called by a nurse practitioner who was very polite and cheerful .My examination was very thorough and helpful .Thank you

This practise is excellent the staff are all friendly and caring i was given reassuring advice and medical attention again by a lovely team of doctors and from the receptionists on through to being diagnosed by the doctor the experience was one of care and professional people the best surgary i have ever been with and i count myself as very lucky to be a patient at this practise

This is the first time ive seen a doctor in years. I really dont know why i was called in but the doctor was reasonably thorough She sent me for a gastroscopy which i had today, again the found nothing wrong. I still have pain in my back and a fizzing feeling in my back. I had blood tests done and apart from being anaemic i havent heard anything else. I assume my cholestral is fine. I felt she just pounced on one thing and ignored the rest. She was however very pleasant

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that on the whole you are happy with your consultation with the doctor. It should have been explained to you why a referral was being arranged, we are sorry if this was not made clear to you. It may feel that the doctor had a singular focus, however I would like to assure you that they generally they will want to investigate worse case scenario first and then work back dependent on results. We will share your comments with our team.

After negotiating the initial frustrations of getting a phone consultation with a doctor I was surprised to quickly be offered a 'face to face' appointment with a doctor. Resulting from this appointment I was able to have an Xray and an ultra sound scan within two days at QA hospital. Unfortunately getting blood samples taken proved to be a much slower process with me eventually making an appointment with QA hospital to speed up the process rather than wait for the surgery to be able to do it.

Usually blood tests are one of our easier appointments to book, as we have several clinics available, often not booked to capacity, however we will share this with our team and make improvements where possible.

The new telephone system is so much better. Telephoned at 08:00 and call was answered and completed with 45 secs. Call was returned at 08:23 and then a practitioner called at 08:25. Appointment at CPH for 09:30. The GP was polite, extremely thorough and discussed his opinion based on clinical examination and tests. I commented to him that I found him pleasant and extremely helpful. I was also able to have my shingles vaccination by another GP following this appointment.
