Hi. Related with my latest appointment everything was ok . I do have something to say about mail system . It’s supposed to receive a mail post from Cosham Park House Surgery with an appointed specialist , I never receive that mail post and I miss my appointment for Hernia ceck and that letter is suppose to be use for my insurance work . I payed for another letter 30 pounds and I’m still waiting that letter not be able to acces my insurance . I want to add I check the address and is ok.

Thank you for your feedback. Generally letters for insurance work is collected from your chosen reception. Non-NHS work should be competed within 28 days. If this has not happened please contact us, as we cannot investigate when you have responded anonymously.

This was my first physical appointment with tbis surgery after my previous one was closed. I was alittle apprehensive given the volume of patients they had io absorb but it was a very efficient and professional

Logging in was straightforward. Waiting area was correct. Noted on screen we’re not linked to my blood test unfortunately. Two tests ordered but only one needed.

I love the fact that they keep to time,I was attended to at the time I was given , I was not ask to wait or queue and I appreciate the Nurse that attended to be she was friendly

My appointment with the doctor was the very best I could have she explained Every thing to me also made me an appointment for an ultrasound scan . examined me with care I could not ask for a better doctor

My appointment went well. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. I had a bit of a wait but once i received my treatment I was pleased with the service.

This was my first visit to Cosham Park and I was not sure of the layout of the building. When I arrived I was given instructions were to wait and I was seen on time by the doctor.

The lady who did my blood test as always was lovely, polite and well informed advised me to go to reception to.male my flu jab appointment which I dod and as usual the receptionist was more interested in me doing it on line, which for this practise is never a simple task. Begrudgingly an appoontmemt was made. Receptionists at.this practice need training in customer service tje standard is poor

For being my first time going to this doctors, Instead of being greeted at reception, I Just got told to sign in on a board at the bottom of the stairs. Reception staff could be a bit more politer.
