Sat for 45 minutes waiting for bloodtest only person un waiting room . Was not seen. After 45 minutes approached reception who never booked me in. Was told id be next in.someone else went in. Left after an hour wuth no blood test!

Arrived early and was greeted bt the reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Sat inth waiting room for my appointment, that place could do with a refresh. Happy to see a notice board with veterans issues. Called forward for my jab, no issues taken to a side room and jab done.

I was a little disappointed that the only appointments available to me were not at crookhorn which meant driving instead of walking and then trying to find parking

B12 injections. Nurse was very pleasant and helpful. She took my blood pressure as well when asked and easy for my daughter to book appointments on my behalf on line.

On the whole the service I received was excellent, except for the reception. The receptionist had to keep disappearing on an enquiry or to chase something so the two times I needed assistance there was a wait of 3 or 4 people. 1 was fail elderly man, another was a disabled man. This must have been very stressful and frustrating for them. Quite some time was wasted here for many of us.

Many thanks for your feedback. Our reception team are there to support patients. We endeavour to make digital access simple, but for those patients that do not have access they can come to reception. These enquiries may well need the receptionist to come away from the desk to seek colleague assistance or check for paperwork. In peak times we endeavour to have more than one receptionist available to manage the flow of patients, but it can be unavoidable at times, depending on the nature of the patient's request.

I was in and out in literally minutes. I logged in on the touch screen, sat down, and within 1 minute was called through. The actual test was done so quickly and was painless.

Staff were excellent .parking for disabled drivers no good 1 bay had to drive round 3 times eventually park at top of road and had to use wheel chair

Thanks for your review. Parking is a premium in this area. We do have disabled bays on site at Cosham, and recognise that they can be taken at busy periods. Recent works have restricted access to rear car parking spaces, so this should improve. We are fortunate to have some patient parking as not all sites have this luxury and we would not want to lose this. We hope you find access to the surgery is appropriate.

Got a phone call from Dr very quickly as I have a broken leg and have recently been discharged from hospital. Dr was very understanding really helpful and informative with pain medications and side effects etc. Got my prescription same day was very happy with service.
