The appoint was ok. On time And made to feel comfortable by the doctor.. however i had a long wait for. Prescription as doctor sent to wrong pharmacy. Then when i had hospital appointment as i was refered. When turn up i was told that i was refered to the wrong department. So i was refered back to doctors. Now have to wait again

I was contacted by text that I needed to book an MMR booster . I was able to book an appointment which was convenient for me and within a short timescale using the link provided in the text .

Very little parking for those unhealthy visiting the surgery the majority of spaces taken by the fit and healthy staff, this goes to demonstrate that the service is for those working in the NHS not those using the service. Late start although staff still had time to have a chat and catch up.

Thank you for your feedback. Parking is not guaranteed for patients or staff at any of our sites. Where possible staff will use alternative means of transport however, staff do often need to travel between sites and direct to patients, therefore will use the facilities available, especially due to the strict parking in the local area. Often patients need to attend for a short appointment, where our staff are often working a full day and to cover the cost of the parking would also be an additional outlay for them. Please note not all disabilities are visible and some staff do require parking near to sites. We are sorry that you had a delay in being seen due to staff talking, this will be shared with our team and we will try to improve this going forward.

Initially my appointment started well but afterwards awaiting results was not so good. Had to wait an hour whilst having a diabetic hypo so left. Not good at all

Seen on time. GP was caring, took time to listen to my concerns and to give clear guidance and explanations. Overall a very positive and reassuring experience. The only problem, as many others say, is accessing an appointment in the first instance, which causes great anxiety. Thankfully I don't often need to speak to a healthcare professional, but it worries me greatly that I may not be able to should I need to.

I was pleased to be invited for an Asthma Review recently as I hadn’t had a face-to-face review for some years. Cosham Park House Surgery has a nice atmosphere when you are there and the waiting rooms are more private than one big room full of people. My review was conducted very thoroughly and I felt that my concerns were addressed very well. The staff are very welcoming and overall I found the experience a pleasure.

It's very difficult, being one of the older generation, not to compare with GP practices as they used to be . I realise that the days when you got to know your doctor and always saw the same on, have gone, but it doesn't instill confidence when you never see the same one twice! And the "one thing only" policy is not helpful. At my age I could make a list but we'll never get to the end of it!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that for some patients, change it not necessarily seen as a good thing, however we have to be fair to all patients and therefore will often deal with one thing at a time. In some instances though you can request a double appointment so that more than one concern can be covered.
