I am a great fan of the Cosham Park House Surgery and my latest visit doesn't change my view one iota. I was seen ahead of the time of my appointment, dealt with efficiently, courteously and in a very caring and considerate manner. All in all an excellent experience. I would also like to congratulate all the staff at the surgery for their unfailing cheerful and helpful approach.

I did not have a recent appointment due to being 5 minutes late, then not being able to electronically log in and needing to wait around 10 minutes to speak to the receptionist, who both trained staff, then was told i was too late and had to go. Poor service continously and not pleased with service at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a strict Late attenders policy, if you arrive and you have 50% or less of your booked appointment time remaining you will need to rebook. This is to ensure we run to time and other patients are not disadvantaged.

We received excellent service from the staff on our visit. But the building that accommodates the surgery reminds me of those I attended in the 1950’s it’s well overdue for a major refurbishment. The other problem is access with limited parking and congested entry and exits.

Thanks for your review - we are thrilled to hear you found the service excellent. The building is much older than the 50s, and is in fact, listed. That said, we have recently undertaken significant external and internal refurbishment and improvement works (as much as is possible within limitations) and we hope that you found the surgery to be clean and clear and saw the beautiful interior environment - that is one perk of having a listed building on the portfolio! There is limited parking - we realise not all surgeries in the city have parking, so we are grateful for this. Unfortunately we cannot policy the congestion - we operate two exits to try and relieve this.

Nurse was very nice & friendly. Received the treatment fine shame my prescription for my ulcer dressings etc took nearly a week to come. Otherwise happy ?. Never had to wait long for appointment

Reminder by you and appointment by app all with no problem. Visit appointment recognised and waited to be called which was on time. Nurse very competent and pleasant. Treatment completed efficiently.
