Excellent experience with Cardiac Nurse answered my questions i did not know or knew of thankyou i now understand more and got x-ray scan this week thankyou to hopefully sort and get more insight of my situation

Seen smartly on arrival. Finished my appointment within 10 minutes including 4 minute wait. Surgery was also clean and tidy. No issues.

I was sent a text message offering an immunisation for pneumonia. I booked through the link an appointment for that week. I was seen on time by my lovely doctor.

My recent appointment for a blood test was meant to be at Somerstown. This was cancelled and rescheduled at Kingston Crescent. This was cancelled at 0802 due to staff sickness which was disappointing has I had taken a day off work. I walked into the surgery to rearrange and luckily a very kind nurse did my blood test for me.

Initial contact with the surgery for an appointment with the travel nurse, was problematic. The appointment itself was great. The nurse was knowledgeable, helpful and very polite and friendly.

I have been trying to get a doctor's appointment since early January. I did it, finally I was seen on friday 11th August by a very nice doctor. My appointment was all you could hope for and a couple of checks with a blood test and hopefully an ultra scan will give me a result.

The nurse I see was so reassuring as the last smear I had came back abnormal she explained to me as no one had really contacted me to this so have been left worrying for a whole year nearly
