Very hard to get through to someone, no doctor available only got appointment with some students wasted my time then again the doctor called! Very long for the small thing! Really need some improvement.

We are teaching practice so we often have students who are supervised by doctor. I appreciate that some patients do not mind to be seen by a student whilst other do not like the idea. So chaterfield doctors are the best. So ever since I've not be well with my long term illness chaterfield have very understanding. So when I ask for my medication it is always on time and when I ask for an appointment its always on time and date. so I thankyou Jason foster.

I had outstanding service from the moment I sought an appointment (the Receptionists we're so friendly and helpful) through to the consultation with the GP (who was similarly friendly, attentive and helpful in coming to the diagnosis and arranging follow-up resrsand medication). I cannot praise this practice enough. Every time I've needed to see a GP they've been efficient and caring. It's simply excellent in every respect

The admin team and most of the clinicians are efficiency in their role. Quick service received when I called to book appointment including doctor review and blood test at the practice.

I moved into the area recently and registered with Chatfield. Registration (online) was easy. There was a swift response (by SMS) to confirm that I was accepted onto the practice list. I was then able (online again) to book a face-to-face appointment, at which I was referred to the Rheumatology Department of a local hospital for ongoing treatment for osteoporosis. Everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. I feel very well looked after.

I have been granted an appointment with the GP of my choice within 24 hours. Initial tests were done the same day and the response was received within 24 hours. The referral to the specialist has been done next day. You can’t expect a better timing

Constantly trying to stop my sleeping tablets completely, happy with 13 but now still asking for review despite my history of generalised anxiety. I feel now that get anxiety when I probably need to talk to doctor about other things including cancer chr k up but I get too anxious.. not felt understood
