    I was seen before my appointment time and the whole experience of having a blood test was fine. The Nurse had no difficulty in finding a vein and the needle pain was relatively insignificant

    As always perfect- lovely GP who gave me a follow up appointment no problem. There was a problem with size of implant needed and pharmacy could not provide one til next day. Next appointment Friday

    On reflection following my appointment on 6 March I am disappointed and worried that the new mole I discovered is not being referred for hospital consulting. I have had 4 excision in recent years, one of which was a melanoma. Waiting four weeks for a separate GP appointment leaves me in danger. I am not happy. I need either an emergency appointment in week commencing 11 March or urgent referral to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital which dealt with my recent excision about 3 years ago. Geoff Lewtas 8 March

    I have a constantly neck pain my doctor paid attention on my condition it’s so helpful l am on medication and seeing physiotherapist and osteopath my treatment still continues l am so satisfied by GP staffs and my doctors thank you for helping me

    I attended the surgery for a blood test, both the reception staff and the nurse were very friendly and helpful and put me at ease. No waiting time, I was seen at the scheduled time. Very happy, definitely recommend.

    I had a very nice experience. The receptionists are very welcoming and the service is great. I was examined on time and I've never had issues with long waiting times. My English isn't quite perfect and my physician was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable and understood. I felt as though I could get my concerns and questions across.

    I saw rosemary today who immediately put me at ease for my procedure. She understood how I felt and immediately put me forward for other tests she felt I needed even making the appointments for me. I felt listened to and very much cared for. A truly wonderful person to have in the NHS highly rated
