Had difficulties and pain in my lungs area for 2 days so called the surgery to ask for a "X-ray" referral so I can go private and do it quicker, only to be told the next available phone call with a doctor is 8 days away. So it looks that even if you want to go private care you are still dependant on the responsiveness of the surgery and this one is not the quickest or much accommodating one.

Saw a sister who took blood for biabetic test. She was vey nice and told me every step of the dont think she new im ex nurse

I have had a few dealing with the practise over the last few weeks and the staff have been brilliant! They've been friendly and helpful and have done everything they could to help me. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

Despite some of the bad press receptionist get, the team do go above and beyond to help the patients at the practice even when they are under pressure or faced with difficult circumstances. Easy to make initial contact, and arrange appointment. Doctor carried out thorough investigation of medical matter, explained position, and outlined treatment going forward.

always try to help me when I phone them and friendly reception staff always text me when I have an appointment to remind me and if I need to see the doctor or nurse tjeu will try and get me an appointmentfor that day

Having recently moved to Irlam and registered with Chapel Medical Centre we have received excellent care from all the staff. Everyone has been really helpful and efficient. And most importantly we have been able to contact the surgery very easily when we’ve needed anything.

I attended the surgery to see my Dr and I didnt feel like I was on a time slot with my gp he sat back and listened and was so helpful and sat and talked about everything and time didnt come into it . I felt so much better after I left the surgery
