I had to attend for a repeat blood test. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. I was called in promptly to see the nurse. She was so lovely and bubbly which put me at ease. The procedure was quick and painless.

Saw the nurse for yearly bloods, everything was great had a lovely chat about what was being testing etc asked for a check on blood pressure which the nurse did and reassured me if I ever felt I needed it checking due to how I felt it wouldn't be an issue and they would check my blood pressure anytime I needed. Early appointment and prompt all before I went to work.

Same day appointment and treated very well by receptionist and doctor. I was very worried and nervous about my appointment but was put at ease by the doctor who I had never met before.

I phoned for an appointment and was seen the same day, the Dr was very reassuring and helpful. Staff on reception were also friendly and helpful.

I have had 2 appointments with the nurse practitioner and 1 with the doctor. Both were incredibly friendly and through, despite the amazing demand the NHS and gp surgery's have they both were so friendly and polite, not making me feel rushed and explained in detail what was happening. My results came back within a day and I was immediately text advice. I luckily haven't needed much contact with the surgery other than this month so was a great surprise how well I was treated. I can't name the staff unfortunately due to the rules for feedback, but they were both and amazing credit to the surgery and the NHS.
