I have had amazing care from the nurses at the practice over the last few minths. Treatment from doctors, when seen face to face, has also been very good. The staff on reception are helpful and try to accommodate your needs. Overall a really good practice.

Rang at 8.00 had telephone consultation with doctor at 9.30. Went in to see doctor at 11.15 got medication by 12.

For all I have been contemplating leaving the practice due to the service by drs, I can honestly say dawn the nurse is lovely, she went above and beyond to help me this morning

Diabetes and general health review of test results was conducted comprehensively and very helpful. The time allocated was half an hour which was more than enough to cover everything that needed to be discussed

Seen in an emergency appointment and the doctor was very supportive and explained what was going on. My partner was also able to ask questions about my condition too.

My appointment for a telephone consultation was made quickly and within 2 weeks on line. Following the phone call a follow up appointment was made for the following day and a blood test the day after. The practice could not have been more helpful or efficient.

I have had excellent care from this practice ever since my old practice joined Chapel. The staff have been great and I always feel as though they care for their patients.
