Nurse asked me to remove my whole top whilst having no bra on just to do my blood pressure and also gave me a nasty look and made me uncomfortable when told her I was wearing no bra

Waiting for a decision from GP to wait for a continuation of my medication..only now they are concerns after 30 years....this is impacting on my health physical and mentally and having to buy my tablets on the Internet in the mean time

Seen by a doctor and a referral made. Telephoned that evening to say that another doctor doesn't feel the referral is appropriate and I have to go back. Absolute waste of time

I am sure our GP Partners had a valid reason for cancelling the referral done by one of our locums and explained this to you in detail. most of the reception staff are really helpful but sometimes it is still difficult to see the GP when you won't there aren't enough and you see a locum who doesn't know you so you have to explain everything to them when they should have read your notes prior to you going in

Dear Susan, Many thanks for taking the time to post this review. It is great to hear that the reception staff are helpful and I will feed this back to the team. In regards to locum cover, yes this can be an issue and this is something that we are working on. We have recruited a new GP who starts at the practice in August 2023 and we are hoping to recruit another one soon. This will then cut out the need for locum cover in the future. Hi I’ve left a in the middle rating because I am not sure if it’s a electronical mistake .I’m sorry if this sounds confusing to some but it’s true… my appointment time/date was booked over the phone for the 4th of May however I received a text today dated 2nd May , asking to leave a review regarding my appointment for the 2nd of May? . That was not the agreed date of the appointment so therefore I have now missed my appointment . So sorry if this sounds confusing, it is confusing me just as much .

All the staff are incredibly helpful and efficient from GPs, to nurses, to receptionists. They always complete prescription requests promptly and appointments are timely and effective.
