Second time in a fortnight when I had a problem, receptionist very patient and understanding, seen by a doctor the same day. The doctor was also understanding and patient.

When I call the practice i always find the reception staff to be friendly, very helpful and accommodating. I also find that GP's listen carefully to any problems I may have whether via telephone consultation or face to face.

On time , easy, good experience , apart from previous COVID delays and cancellations now things are as good that could be, note,practice is closed weekends

The lady on reception was more then helpful in resolving a problem with my elderly mums medication & I visited one of the nurses today who was very professional , helpful & compassionate, she put my mind at ease , lovely lady. Never had any issues with the practice.

All medical staff are very thorough during consultations, take time to listen and very reassuring when necessary. Appointments are available on same day if urgent and always seen on time. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to register with a GP in the Irlam area. *****

I was able to arrange a health check up with the practice nurse who took blood tests and reported findings to me via text message with a possible solution. Whilst at my appointment I mentioned some health concerns I had and was advised to see a doctor. I was able to book an appointment the following week to suit.

Rang first thing in a morning explained my symptoms, never felt judged and was offered an appointment for a couple of hours later. See the doc and he was great put my mind to rest and assessed what was wrong.
