Nurse had phoned in sick. I was already arriving at the surgery when l was telephoned to advise me. Despite this they arranged for the practice nurse to see me and undertake the blood tests l was due to have at short notice.

My doctor was very reassuring and listened to my concerns I was put at ease right away. My appointment was also on time and there was no rushing me in and out. Thank you.

Went to see nurse in and out in 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. Been with chapel medical a few years now never had a problem

Receptionist are lovely, I always find it quiet which helps my anxiety and have no issues with the Dr's. When I phone up have never been more 4th in the queue and have no issues with getting an appointment.

This is a busy Practice and should not accept new patients because it's already got too many for them to cope with. The Doctors and Nurses are excellent but over worked due to the large number of Patients they have to service

Dear Patient, Thank you taking the time to post this review. It would be interesting to get your full understanding to why you feel the practice has got too many patients for us to cope with. To clarify, the practice has 6,400 patients and 5 Doctors. The contract states that there should be approx. 2,500 per Doctor. So as you can see, the practice is more than adequately staffed and can even afford to significantly increase it's list size if we wished. Very helpful doctors, nurses and front of desk staff. Also with an up to date booking in system and waiting room with toilet.
