I have never had any problems at my surgery thay always go above and beyond to help you it is an excellent practice and I would definitely recommend to anyone

I was made to wait 45 minutes for my appointment even though the practice was empty. When I was eventually seen, I was made to feel like a hindrance and that I was wasting their time, even tho i was only there at the drs request, not my own. I found the service from start to finish unfriendly, unprofessional and insulting.

Dear Patient, I am sorry that you had a bad experience whilst visiting the practice. I can see that the Doctor had booked extra urgent face to face appointments in on 1/6/2023 and this had a knock on affect on other patients waiting to see the Doctor. I am somewhat surprised by your comments that you felt like a hindrance and the doctor was unfriendly, unprofessional and insulting. This is something that I would never expect from any of the staff working at the practice and I am sorry that you felt this way. I will make sure this is feedback to doctor who saw you on this day, so that they can reflect and learn from your comments. I was looking to see a GP urgently, reception staff extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help as I was due to work in the afternoon. A 10am appointment was arranged and my Doctor was amazing, prescription sorted straight away. I’ve only been with this practice a short while but can’t recommend it enough

Brilliant nurse. Friendly and caring. Very gentle too. And my appointment was on time and I was in and out. Reception staff lovely too.
