From my very first contact with the Practice this morning everyone I spoke with and came in contact with were all very efficient, extremely helpful, put me at my ease and explained everything fully . I went in the practice for my appointment feeling apprehensive and worried and came out reassured knowing everything possible was being done to find out what my health issue may be. A big thank you to all the Practice, you are amazing. I recommend your Practice 100%

I was told by one doctor that because I have PCOS I probably don’t ovulate, so too start taking folic acid for 3 months and then book one appointment to see what they can give me to help me ovulate. A diferente doctor did the appointment with me and he just said I don’t need, just to have intercourse 7 days before my period…. But if I don’t ovulate how am I going to get pregnant?

When something is urgent the doctor will always see you. The receptionist is respectful and pleasant. People complain when things don’t run smoothly or if a doctor is sick. Doctors are human to be patient and understanding everyone’s time is precious moaning and complaining is not going to get you seen any quicker you are winding yourself up as much as anyone else. Seat back and wait your turn the doctors are doing their best.

I went in to see the doctor today I went in for my appointment 10 mins earlier which was good. The doc was very thorough and put me through for an urgent referral and said it would be within 2 wks. I recieved the referral the same afternoon for 3 days time

I was told the GP wanted to speak to me, so an appointment was made for today between the hours of 9 and 12 this morning. I said that was fine as I was in work in the h afternoon. The GP phoned me at 13.21 hrs. I was in work and am not allowed access to my phone.

Dear Patient, Many thanks for taking the time to post this review. I am sorry to hear that the Doctor did not call you between the hours of 9am and 12pm as booked, and I will look into why this happened. This is unacceptable and should not of happened. If the Doctor was running late due to dealing with an emergency then you should have been informed of this by the Doctor or the reception staff. I will make sure this is discussed in the next clinical meeting in July 2023. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and please be assured that this is not usual practice.
