Phoned 8-30 this morning and got a face to face appointment for ten o’clock after speaking to the receptionist who was really nice and understood my concern. Very happy with my experience today.

Appointment was on time, in fact I was early and was seen virtually straight away and the person I saw was very friendly and competent. My appointment only took a few minutes.

My appointment went well the nurse dealt with me early and was very professional and friendly , she put me at ease and answered all my questions promptly

My son was very poorly, I rang at 8.00 in the morning and asked to bring him in for 10.00 that day. The Dr listened to my concerns and understood my sons abilities with medication and prescribed something that worked for him. Thankyou

I have been with the Chapel Medical Practice for approximately sixteen months now and found the care I have received to be of a very high standard in all areas. To anyone looking for a GP in this area I would certainly, without reservation, recommend the Chapel Medical Centre. *****Stars

From my very first contact with the Practice this morning everyone I spoke with and came in contact with were all very efficient, extremely helpful, put me at my ease and explained everything fully . I went in the practice for my appointment feeling apprehensive and worried and came out reassured knowing everything possible was being done to find out what my health issue may be. A big thank you to all the Practice, you are amazing. I recommend your Practice 100%
