    I called about my son needing an appointment with suspected laryngitis the receptionist was so helpful they went out of their way to get an appointment for him out of hours at the surgery , I honestly cannot thank the surgery enough for all their help

    Very friendly and straight to helping. No problem got an appointment at an hour's notice as well when calling at three forty five in the afternoon.

    Had follow up appointment and referred to hospital. Very professional and polite staff. Never had a problem getting appointment or seeing doctor face to face

    Sick to death of going to see the GP for them to not listen to a word you say! I went this morning my son has tonsillitis which he suffers with quite often so I know the signs and symptoms to look out for, I was told it was probs a sore throat, which I replied with he has white spots on his tonsils, which turned out to be correct. I also felt like I was wasting the GP time by making an appointment, as it was in ‘early stages’ my response well I don’t want his throat to close up!!! I am doing the right thing for my son!!!

    Dear Patient, I am sorry that you are unhappy with the practice. In regards to treating tonsillitis, Doctors will only treat this is there is active infection. If this was in the 'early stages' as you say, then the Doctor would have given you the advice on how to manage this and the signs to look out for if this was to develop into tonsillitis/infection. As you are probably aware, it is becoming more common where people are being resistant to antibiotics, hence why Doctors only prescribe these if absolutely necessary. If you son had become acutely unwell or developed tonsillitis then I can reassure you that he would have been again at the practice.     I really cannot complain with the service I have received from this practice from reception,nurses and doctors. They have certainly been on the ball for the times when I have needed their services.

    Rang surgery today, as my elderly father was quite unwell , receptionist was extremely helpful and we were seen by a caring doctor. The nurse also was able to do blood tests for dad whilst we were there, she was lovely. Thankyou all

    Phoned for appointment at 8am got appointment at 9-30am had X-ray at 10-30 am receptionist was excellent as was the Doctor you can’t ask for better than that

    Used the online triage for my 7 year old. Submitted request before 8 am. Surgery phoned and arranged a same day appointment by 9.30 am. Son was seen that day after school and had his medication shortly after. Very smooth experience and wasn't waiting on the phone for ages.

    I requested a Gp appointment and was given one for the same day. The surgery receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The Gp I saw was very caring and supportive. He went through the appointment process step by step and was very reassuring. I left feeling I had a good experience.
