I was seen by the Doctor who listened and advised, which reassured me. She said she would refer me to the department required and the referral instructions came through the next day

Filled in the online questions not expecting a same day reply given I did it in the afternoon. Received an phone call not long after to be told I have an appointment at Eccles Gateway. I turned up there to be told no appointment had been bookrd but called the reception team at Chapel Medical who advised app was in Irlam and that they would let the GP know the error. Arrived for app just after allocated time and was seen a few minutes lates. The GP was very good, listened when I explained symptoms and gave me medication to help. Even depsite the error the surgery were fantastic in helping me get seen in a timely manner. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I went to discuss some test results that I was feeling a bit apprehensive about. Doctor was very pleasant, calm, informative and professional, made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable and not rushed to ask any questions I needed answering.

I had blood tests (as a medication review) in Dec & had a text to book for a blood test in Feb. I rang & explained I'd just had bloods done but was told I need to attend. On attending with the nurse she was surprised I was there as my test results had been normal/improved,so we decided no further tests required.Waste of her & my time.

I was able to see the doctor quickly. The booking in procedure was simple. A follow up appointment was available within a few days.

Asked for a general check up . It soon came around got in there got an ecg which I got the results on the spot and they took bloods which I came back a week later for results and again I was in straight to the point very friendly and gone . Jobs a good 1
