The reception staff have always been very helpful when I call for anything. I came in to see a nurse for a blood test on 19th December. The nurse was very pleasant and was very helpful.

Very helpful doctor who explained my illness so i could understand what is happening . I reccomend this practice .

My visit with the nurse was on time. She was very welcoming and put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly and I had opportunity to ask all the questions I needed.

Doctor was understanding listened to my concerns and arranged the necessary Xrays /scans in order to investigate my injury.. prompt service.

I called for an appointment for my 3 week old baby and was given an appointment that same day. The receptionist was friendly and very efficient - very understanding and empathetic. The appointment was on time and the doctor I saw was very thorough and understanding towards my concerns as a new mother and got back to me with answers that same day. Very impressed with this experience as after having a few negative experiences over the years was very pleased to have left the GP surgery on a positive note

I was seen on time for a blood test. I was treated politely and efficiently by the lady on reception. The nurse who I saw was friendly and professional. I have full faith in this practice.

I had to give some blood. The procedure was totally painless, the nurse was very friendly and clearly experienced. The appointment was on time and the whole procedure was very quick.

I find the 'system' frustrating. I had to wait a week for a quick phone call just asking if my results could be sent to the hospital. I had already told the receptionist I approved. I had expected that to be done automatically.

Dear Patient, I am sorry to hear you are frustrated with the system. You are correct, you should have not have to wait for a call from the GP to send your results to the hospital. This was a waste of both the GP and your time, to this I apologies. I will pick this up with the reception manager. Going forward, if you download the NHS APP, you will be able to view all your records and then download your results and send these off to your consultant going forward, I hope this helps.
