I called in to make an appointment, thinking I would have to wait but the lady on reception could see that I was in pain and asked me if I could call back later to see the doctor. Thank you for the understanding

I was given appointment same day, diagnosed and treated swiftly and given great advice on self care whilst on Antibiotics. I'm very satisfied with my visit.

Never had an issue with treatment I did feel slightly uncomfortable when reception were speaking to a patient who was very elderly

I rang well after 9 thinking I wouldn't be seen. I had an app within two hours. The advanced practitioner was very thorough in his examinations and requested the support of one of the doctors towards the end of the consultation. All was professional, their manner was extremely friendly and sympathetuc

I visited in January 24. Yet again the reception staff were very polite and very helpful. The GP was also very pleasant and understanding and listened to everything I was telling her.

My experience Overall everything good with doctor I seen just a shame reception staff that thinks there doctors

Dear Janet, Thank you for taking the time to post this review. It is great to hear that you have had a good overall experience. However, you do comment that you feel that my admin staff think they are doctors. It would be great if you could elaborate on this. All the admin staff at the practice are trained care navigators and are required to ask patients specific questions when they contact the practice. This makes sure that they are booked into the right clinic/clinician/service. Lots of patients still think they need to see their GP for everything, but this is not the case. There is a wealth of health expertise within the NHS that can look after your medical, physical and mental health as well as social needs. Our care navigators are trained to navigate patients to the right place/service. If you could email me at clare.richardson@nhs.net that we be appreciated. Was seen quickly by the Dr. Explained my symptoms and was given quick response of what my aliment was and given good advice of what to do.
