The nurse was very kind and helpful nothing too much trouble for her at all the reception staff always polite but there does seem to be a long time getting doctor appointment

I am very grateful to the practice from the guy on reception who did everything he could to find me an urgent appointment, to the doctor who went out of her way to try and reassure me, and the friendly nurse who kindly saw me at short notice and took my bloods and did an ECG. They were all very professional and caring

Quick appointment and information about my condition and follow up treatment set in place felt much better for talking to the doctor to put my mind at rest so I didn’t worry about the outcome of what was wrong me

Appointment was cancelled but was not I was told until I went to GP. This is a very poor service as I work full time

Unfortunately sometimes there are circumstances outside our control when clinical staff call in sick and we do not have the adequate notice to contact patients who have booked appointments. Really good, staff from reception who dealt with my request efficiently, pleasantly and polite. Seen on time for my blood test so No waiting around, about 5 minutes. All good with the practice

The receptionist was very helpful and made me feel valued as a patient. My problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The doctor I saw was kind, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you .

Had a telephone appointment. I was given pertinent advice after a detailed discussion. The person was friendly, which encouraged discussion, and very knowledgeable, so we were able to come up with a plan of action. Very happy with the service from Chapel Medical.
