My appointment today with the Doctor was dealt with care and professionalism. She took the time to explain my condition and I felt very at ease taking to her. Myself and my family are very happy to be patients at Chapel Group Medical Centre. Thank you for your support.

I was only there for a blood test but it was very nice to be met with a smiling face and someone who is happy in their work

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long to have my appointment. The person I saw was really pleasant and explained everything to me and fully explained any questions I asked. Very professional and happy to use this medical centre.

Got through to reception quite quickly (3rd in queue). The receptionist went through my problems with me and let me hold while they spoke with the doctor. The appointment was made for the same morning. Saw the pleasant doctor who arranged for required tests. Hopefully the results won’t take too long but that is out of their hands.

After my recent operation to remove lymph nodes this practice refused another sicknote blaming the job centre even though i continued to say my place of work are actually paying me for a whole 12 months to recover from both cancer & the above operation. Ive had numerous infections in the wound yet they are still insisting i return to work . Even getting an appointment at this practice is hard work unless your dying or dead then i wouldnt bother . On a positive note the reception staff are the nicest people in the building being left to carry out the dirty work that the doctors refuse to do

I phoned up and was given an appointment the same morning. Receptionist was very helpful. The GP was very kind and helpful and checked me thoroughly. Really put my mind at ease. I cannot fault the service at all.
