I checked in quickly via a screen in the reception area and watched for my name to appear on the digital notice board. I was called through right on time and was very happy with the help from both doctors that I've seen recently. I was referred to dermatology and was contacted by them the following day although I'd not expected to hear from them for 10 days.

The doctor clearly explained the procedures and steps on the cervical screening, also the anticipated feelings during the entire process. She also provided the reminders on the expecting receiving date of test result.

Following my recent visit , i am very pleased with this practise, especially with the extremely helpful reception staff, who went out of their way to assist with my appointment request

Had phone appointment with doctor which was very helpful. Advised also to make face to face appointment which I did with no problem. Staff very helpful always.

Feel I would have got better care if I were a non smoker. The trainee doctor I saw was fine, the obnoxious doctor he brought in for a second opinion was awful and threatening

My 2 year old had stomach pain and ear ache. Stomach pain got over looked with the feeling of one problem at a time being the reason! Doctor seemed quite patronising. On a positive note the two different reception staff that I spoke to were wonderful and really helpful!
