The nurse was very considerate and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and comfortable. The nurse advised me how to use my medication.

I was suffering badly with sciatica, Dr referred me for physio after which I had an appointment quickly, in a week. Meds were prescribed and my condition was explained. Altogether from making the appointments to seeing the GP and physio I am very pleased with care offered from Chapel Group medical, Physio Walkden Gateway and MSK in Irlam. Thanks to all.

I attended the surgery yesterday for an rsv vaccination. I was seen promptly and the reasons and benefit of this vaccination was fully explained to me. All in all, a good experience.

Went in for a blood test, the women was lovely, she listened to me and what was actually wrong in a human capacity. Down to earth.

Initially on moving to this practice I thought they seemed good. On the whole most reception staff are very helpful but when problems arise it's not good and I actually now get terrible anxiety when I visit. The Dr's are inconsistent, lack empathy, make you feel rushed and stupid and are dismissive unless you have a visible and obvious problem fatigue, mental health, hormones forget it. I have seen the most inappropriate comment on my online patient notes by a receptionist today after I got upset a because a repeat prescription i ordered over week ago was rejected with no notification to me or explanation why and I had made it clear I was ordering slightly early as I'm going on holiday. I was then told my blood monitoring was out of date which it isn't and is booked in later this month exactly 3 months from my last blood test. All I got was we will do our best but can't guarantee so for the second time potentially I will have to go a week without medication. How can this be acceptable for someone with a chronic health condition for consistency of care.

Due to my recent chronic condition, I've had to ring and make several appointments with the practice. I've found the increase on reception staff answering calls very supportive and speedy answers with my health concerns. I would also like to mention that on my recent appointments my doctor has supported me not only with my health issue in question on the day but other concerns I've mentioned at the appointment. These are very difficult times for the NHS and the practice due to funding and cut backs. I'm 64 years young and cut backs on prescribe medication once available and my chronic condition have added a massive strain on me and my finance, mental health.

Lovely nurse dealt with a personal procedure which unfortunately had to be refers for doctor to do at a later visit. I found the receptionist quite abrupt on going back to the desk to re book with doctor , luckily the lady that called back was pleasant and we got an appointment sorted x

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this doctor. Yesterday I went to see the doctor after taking an ADHD assessment, the doctor asked me to talk through why I think I have ADHD. I started and everything I said the doctor would reply that’s not ADHD making me feel like i was stupid. She also said to me, so what do you think you’re gonna get from this diagnosis, again making me feel like I shouldn’t be there and I was wasting her time. The doctor raised her voice at me a number of times and when I said I don’t need you to raise your voice she then said I am not raising my voice Alexandra, I was clearly upset. The whole experience wasn’t helpful at all and just made me feel like I had attended for no reason. I will not see this doctor again!!
