Booking the appointment was easy, the receptionist was kind and helpful and I had a choice of times for my appointment. The doctor I saw was compassionate and very informative. They answered the questions I had and provided me with websites where I could find more information. Overall it was a great experience.

These appointments are always dreaded but this was easy, comfortable and painless. The nurse was brilliant, kind gentle and put me at ease. I wish they had always like that in previous years.

Practitioner was through and kind with my poorly boy. Explained well about everything he is doing and answered all my questions. Shame he had very little time so was unable to discuss other issues which I had in my mind.

Doctor I saw was very understanding and compassionate. I went in with one condition but doctor was extremely understanding and I was able to ask all my questions which he answered in a very reassuring way.

I needed to see a doctor. I telephoned at 8.30as usual,explained the problem and was given an appointment at 9.15. I saw a very nice young man who examined me and then referred me to a specialist.

I had a lovely experience today with the lady on reception who was very cheery and sweet with my daughter when I came at 10am on Thursday the 21st March , generally I can find the receptionists can be extremely abrupt and rude on the phone for no reason atall, I saw a wonderful dr today who we have always had lovely experiences with before, he is always very kind and caring towards the problem and very gentle with my daughter, really listens and I am always happy with what we have discussed and feel he’s done his utmost to resolve any issues, illnesses with an explained treatment plan, he’s invaluable to your practice.

I contacted the surgery today, I was given an appointment under a hour later ,the receptionist were nice & friendly. The Doctor reassured me and very thorough & I left feeling better than when I arrived. She also arranged an ECG for the next day.Definitely recommend this practice

A Doctor that cared. Also followed up with a phone call about other outstanding items. Nice to feel that someone wants to get to the bottom of what is wrong. Definitely one of the good ones.
