Never a problem getting to see a doctor or a nurse Super friendly , professional service . Had vaccinations for travel : painless & really clear information re future requirements Couldn’t fault the process

Blood test - very quick, & results within 2 days. I had only just logged in - well ahead of time - when I was called in for the test.

I managed to get through after two calls and only 30 minutes of waiting (not bad in post Covid England!) and was amazed to be given an appointment for the following weekday. It was clear that this was unusual as someone had just cancelled. Once at the Surgery, everything was very efficient; seamless check in, a wait of less than 5 minutes, a friendly yet efficient GP giving me a clear path for next steps. Good job!!

I have been with the practice for a number of years and would not think of changing to any other practice! When needed, they have been there for me! I think the doctors are excellent and all the other staff are courteous and helpful.

I was seen on time. The appointment was easy to arrange. Professional nurse gave me my injection after checking who I was and what I was there to receive
