I had to go for a blood test. I was admitted on time and she was very efficient. There was a short queue at reception but I didn’t have to wait long. Staff are friendly. Reception and the waiting area is very clean.

All the staff are great and very helpful and the treatment I have had has been wonderful and caring and the doctors and nurses are wonderful

When the practice works well it fast efficient and smooth, only criticism is getting through on the phone is not easy and calls do get dropped after a wait

Although it took three appointment attempts to finally see my doctor I couldn’t fault the experience once I did. He listened and acted upon what he found upon examining me and I left reassured and feeling cared for

Although I had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment, I didn’t think this was too long to wait considering my symptoms. Following a very short wait of around 5 minutes in the reception area. I met with the Doctor who didn’t rush through the appointment and who spent time discussing the problem and the following steps. I left feeling reassured.

I was seen on time GP was helpful, had time to listen and explain about my medication and offered swift follow up as required.

I don’t need to visit the GP often but find that when I do I’m looked after. Got a text that I was due some health checks because of my age. Called in and got both appointments booked with no issues. Was seen by the clinical team on 1st Feb. Extremely friendly, put me at ease and blood taken in no time at all. Thank you

Had my annual review for diabetes with one of the specialist nurses there. Easy to book in on the day. Nurse was terrific, understanding and very knowledgeable. My concern with this practice is that it covers too large an area which makes it difficult to get an appointment. The cat park is also too small for the number of people with an appointment.
