    I recently joined as a new patient. When I popped in to the surgery to enquire about medication the receptionists were amazing. Polite and helpful. When the GP rang me to introduce himself and discuss my medical history he was very welcoming and took time to explain the processes of obtaining and arranging blood tests and repeat prescriptions. Overall I’m really impressed and glad I have chosen this practice.

    Doctors and Nurses are good, but support staff mediocre, you have to wait 20 minutes or so to get connected by phone, and when you ask for info you get given wrong info

    My GP is the best GP I have ever had!! (Had loads) she is always so kind, thoughtful and explains her thought processes. I’m so grateful to be under her care! Her words to me ‘I just hope I don’t let you down’… These words are full of compassion and I wish every medical professional worked to this standard! The whole GP practice are forward thinking and consideration is top of my complements for every member of staff from cleaner, admin to GP / manager.

    When trying to book appointments it takes for ever to get through . The online application doesn't always work . Takes ages to get appointment.

    spot on and friendly i felt they cared and i felt happy they covered all angles it was good and gave me faith that if i come back again and saw the doctor and medical student again i would be pleased.

    3 weeks to speak to someone A date they would call but no time. Missed the call, because I work! Further 3 weeks to finally speak to someone. Terrible!

    On calling the surgery to arrange a call back appointment over the phone. I explained several times they could the surgery take my work number to contact me. I drive alot for work and would quickly and safely be able to answer this number. I was given no eta for the call but ensured my phone was contected. However the doctor tried 3 times on my personal phone. In the end I had to pull over call the surgery for 20 mins. I hate to be acussed of wasting time this was not my fault. As I drive off I received a message to say I now need to confirm the number... again pull over on the m5! I just really want to highlight everyone's time could have been saved if 1. Phone appointments have a rough time slot, in this situation I would have parked up and made myself safe to use my phones. 2. If the reception staff had listened and updated my details. In my actual appt of all 2 mins I didn't feel listened to by the doctor and Im also yet to recieve my referal. Its very very hard to been seen or heard. I'm young and able to use a computer but it is scary how hard it is to see a gp.

    Once you get used to the online consult process the service is very good, other alternative ways of contacting the practice are not very good. Following online consult, you are kept informed of what’s happening, have a phone conversation with a practitioner to either resolve the issue or to refer you to the correct person to see face to face. Reminders are sent for appointments. In my experience the doctors keep updated on latest NICE guidelines and treatment options

    I cannot speak highly enough of the GP who listened to and discussed with me all my concerns and recommended suitable courses of action. As a result positive steps are being taken to try and identify the causes of my knee pain and the pain in my legs.
