    I’ve been a patient at Beacon Medical Group for just over 3 years now and they have to be the best practice I’ve been registered with. It doesn’t matter which of their sites you visit, you are treated with same level of professionalism and care every time. The Receptionists are welcoming and friendly and the healthcare professionals are compassionate and understanding.

    Very helpful and polite staff who helped me when the online consultation on the computer kept going to the beginning, Exellent Doctor, really helpful .

    I have multiple conditions, and have to do a lot of reviews and eConsult, however, worryingly given my conditions I’ve not had one face to face consultation despite many many requests. The answer being that they are far too busy and prefer telephone consults. This I find that things get unsaid and visual contact is lost

    My Doctor is always approachable, a good listener, really helpful and explains things well. I trust him and I am very grateful for all his help. The receptionist, pharmacist, nurses and phlebotomists are all great too.

    Always a time appropriate response after completing consultations, the doctors always take the time to listen and understand. I did put a complaint in about a doctor (locum) regarding mental health and it was dealt with appropriately, the phone call I had from the complaints manager was very reassuring, she took the time to listen to my concerns and reasoning behind the complete- she also booked me another appointment with my own gp. When I’ve ever had to do an e-consultation for my children I’ve had same day replies. Couldn’t fault the surgery!

    I had an urgent need for treatment and was seen on the same day by my own GP. He telephoned 3 days later to check that I was ok.

    I did a Econsult on line and the Doctor got back with me with in two days. He was very good and listen to what I had to say. The Doctor explain things and advise me to talk to some one, and he sighed me off after I explain everything that took about 15 minutes.

    I could not get GP support as I needed it. I am not in the habit of contacting GP unless really necessary. I felt like an inconvenience.

    I waited in most of the day for about a 2 minute phone call. The outcome could have been managed more efficiently by the GP sending me a text message
