    Saw GP day after requesting an appt. Advise useful. Able to reorder creams if required. All repeats easy to order on app and processed within reasonable time scales. Good messages re pneumonia and shingles jabs. Able to book these in at good times.

    Takes a while to.get through to patient advisors. Once through very helpful. Would be nice to actually see a doctor if worried about something rather than a telephone conversation

    A number of e-consults with phone calls from the GP. No follow up. Have to chase ongoing prescriptions. No proactivity at all.

    I did an e consult and was told when I'd get contact from the doctor. My GP sent me a message early, on the morning stated , asking for clearer photos than the ones I had provided, and said she would review them that morning. I duly submitted the photos and had a call from her , together with the diagnosis and a prescription by lunchtime. I also asked her some questions which she was happy to advise on. Very pleased with the service and, in particular, with my GP, in whom I have total confidence.

    Today I had a terrible day. I didn’t know where to turn. I called the practice and was met with kindness and compassion. Every single member of staff that I dealt with went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. The GP himself was just amazing, and spoke to me for a long time. Shared so many things with me that I wouldn’t have even thought about, sending links and referrals. I am truly grateful to Beacon Medical group for continuing to help me and my family when we need them, and especially today. Thank you 🙏🏻

    I completed an econsult and received a call back from a health professional the same day. I was offered an almost immediate appointment. I attended and was sent by a very welcoming, personable and attentive GP. He took a genuine interest in my condition and took time to give me information and advice; I didn’t feel rushed at all despite the fact that the surgery must have been very busy. I left the surgery feeling supported and reassured. It was a very positive experience.

    I missed a telephone call from the GP after an e-consult so the GP made me a face-to-face appointment for the next day. Saw a lovely lady GP and have now have appointments for bloods and x-rays arranged and an urgent dermatology referral sent. I couldn't be happier! Well done Beacon.

    Phoning for a appointment is still a problem ,with irrelevant and relevant information from the recorded voice, ie choice of options prescriptions, then being told its only its only available from 10. And losing your place in the queue. That's just one example.
