    I had an issue when I requested a repeat prescription but needed it urgently and had changed chemist. Beacon Medical staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the medication needed that day as I was due to go in hospital

    Helpful every time when we need anything the staff give you a good answer to your questions the only problem I find getting a prescription takes far to long. Over a week? This should be a lot better.

    I’ve always found them to be really responsive and in every interaction I’ve had staff are so helpful and compassionate, and take time to listen to my concerns. Since I work full time I find the online econsult option really useful as it’s great there are alternative ways to access treatment other than a face to face appointment.

    It was worth the 7-10 day wait to speak with my allocated gp on e-consult whom l have never met ,,but he was most kind and answered my concern with care . He asked me to book a further e-consult in 5 weeks which l found helpful .

    I have always found the practice excellent at all levels replying to phone calls quickly. Doctors extremely helpful and patient. Receptionist and nurses equally so.

    Having completed an online review, I received a telephone call from my Doctor who made an appointment for me. I attended the appointment and received a great breakdown of my symptoms and recommendations of things that would help me, I was also referred for physio therapy and additional treatment. Brilliant treatment received and onward treatment arrangements.

    I always find the staff, doctors, nurses, practitioners and support staff very helpful and full of advice. Every time I speak to them, they are always full of compassion and thoughtfulness towards me and any problem I am experiencing. I honestly can say, I have never had any problems contacting or being contacted by this practice.

    E consult Gp was thorough and I felt reassured by her response. She stated she was unsure of some things but was going to contact the specialist for advise. I was happy with this outcome
