Every month for over a year I have to chase my Mothers prescription meds. The doctor jus ignores it even if a review is needed they won’t call. They just gladly let you run out. I have no time for myself anymore because I’m running’s around after my mum or my job

Got though on phone without too long a wait, receptionist was helpful, Gp listened and prescribed to enable me to recover.

I eas given the correct advice in order to secure an appointment and was pleased at the promptness. My eventual appointment was prompt and effective, I was able to express my concerns without judgement and follow up was appreciated.

I was a little bit apprehensive because of my problem but was immediately put at ease. I saw a Student first who was delightful followed by the Doctor who listened and then reassured me that my problem was nothing to worry about. Thank you.

The doctor that saw my husband about his Dementia was very kind and patient. He was anxious before his appointment but she immediately put him at ease. Moving forward I feel supported around my husband’s medical needs.

Went in for my covid and flu annual jab and had a very positive experience Text reminder appreciated and in and out within 10 minutes I am a frequent user of the pod to check weight and blood pressure

After seeing a GP for an ailment I had, I was advised to come back if ailment had no change. Our in an econsult to be advised my contact by telephone, email or text would be in 13 days time. That is too long to wait for anyone contacting the surgery. I had a text, I had to send pictures, not helpful when you are in work. This finally resulted in a phonecall. The 2 appointments options I was given I could not make so had to wait another week. I don’t call the doctors lightly because I feel I am putting them out so I don’t expect to be treated lightly. The staff I can recommend are the diabetic nurses they are great, not seen a doctor about it since my diagnosis.

Doctors very good. Administration leaves a lot to be desired. Various emails seem to be going astray. At least three times this has happened to me.
