    Booked flu and COVID injections easily, after getting a message from the surgery that I was eligible. Attended Mudge Way surgery at the appointment time and was impressed at how well it had been organised. I was able to receive both jabs and spent no more than 10 minutes at most from arrival to leaving.

    I have been very pleased with the last two appointments I have had with the surgery. I believe it is all about getting a grasp with the new technology used by the practice to achieve the help you require

    It’s annoying when you are on hold for over 45 mins then the call hangs up and you have to start the process all over again

    This evening I had my smear test, it was the fastest and most dignified one I've ever received. The nurse was so warm and empathetic, she made me feel heard when I talked to her about concerns. I hope that somehow she will be able to see this, and know just how amazing she is and how impactful her incredible bedside manner is. Sometimes patients really do just need to be listened to and feel heard. She is an asset to your surgery and the NHS. What a wonderful human being. Thank you so much.

    Will always listen if there is a problem. We have always found the practice will always return a phone call when promised we have never had any call to complain. First class service

    I can never get through on the phone and the e consult is rubbish. You fill out a huge form and at the end are told nothing will get through to GP, phone surgery!
