    Once you get past reception and get to Doctors it is very good ,but I rang to get results of prior MRI and blood test,I was told by the receptionist they had no results ,i Had a doctor call back told me the results were in ,but told me she wasn’t able to tell me the full results as she didn’t understand the consultant’s explanation,I also have my prescription from pharmacy 2you last month my tablets were late because the doctor hadn’t signed my prescription which meant I had to order them myself to get emergency tablet as I had run out?What I don’t understand is you can’t get to see a doctor ,but if you go to surgeries there is hardly ever anyone waiting , but quite a few ladies walking around with paper in their hand.

    Not very happy about Not being able to see the doctor had to have a phone conversation this was ok but would have preferred a face to face

    After finding a suspicious swelling and fearing the worst. I called for advice and because it is likely to be what we all dread to hear it is. I was given an appointment for the same day

    Had a shopping list of things to discuss. Wrote a letter and had a ring back. Prompt appointment and all issues dealt with, including two referrals and prescription. All with a smile.

    Rang because the online system didn’t ask the right question said someone would phone me back, the doctor rang on Saturday morning, we discussed the problem and he prescribed medication

    I did an e-consult which was acknowledged by email. Doctor rang approx 1 hour, given an appointment for same day. Excellent consultation. Options discussed, further tests pending

    Had my flu and covid jabs from booking by text to reminders for appointment to going in on time and out very quickly also booked a recent appointment to see a doctor from a phone call from the doctor to going in to see a doctor very quickly for an examination excellent service also had a problem with getting some medication doctor phoned me at home and told me which pharmacy I could go to in the area for the medication required so helpful when becoming stressed about running out of medication.

    Spoke to doctor after requesting a call back via the telephone reception staff. He was very helpful and he made an appointment for me to see him in the surgery a couple of days later. Very thorough examination and treatment was first class.
