    My recent experience both for covid and flu jabs plus health concerns and appointments have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff have been pleasant and courteous .

    Had my covid and flu vaccines on a Sunday afternoon. Very efficient, only took 5 minutes, no waiting. Very kind nurse and painless jabs. Thank you for a great service.

    As always my GP spent time with me so I was allowed to outline the problems I was experiencing. I was not rushed during my conversation with my GP and I have had positive feedback from two of the referrals raised during my consultation

    Arrived and checked in appointment waiting took longer than expected. Got to see doctor who gave me a good check up recommend other things to do before getting a final check

    Request a fit note online Received a confirmation email advising it would be done by 6pm on the Friday. If not received use the link in the email On Monday used the link in the email to chase Called up on the Wednesday couldn't get through Called on the Thursday 30 mins to get through Advised a doctor would call my tomorrow as per my email received. That email was never sent to me Also I was fit and had returned to work. Gp Called on the Friday although I was already back to work.

    Leaving this on behalf of my mother who has dementia so won't herself. I am happy with the nurse visits and the support provided. My mother is 92 (and difficult with it) so the treatment is very welcome although I expect you have higher priority patients and limited resources.

    I had to wait week before my e-consult was actioned. The appt was quick to follow, although I had to wait over 20 minutes after my appt time. The appt itself was rather impersonal but I guess that's the way it is these days.

    Submitted e-consult at 1030. By 1330 I’d had a call from the GP who listened and understood the issue. They also understood that as a patient with a long term condition I know what works. I was offered an appointment but I felt it wasn’t required. Prescription sent to pharmacy and treatment started straight away! Very impressed not only with the swift service but as a patient I felt listened too and understood. Thank you!
