    Phone call recieved after over a weeks wait to speak to gp following ankle injury. Gp did not sound at all interested and asked what I wanted them to do regarding injury. Very unhelpful and a complete waste of time trying to contact them. Luckily I managed to get physio through work, gp offered zero help regarding my injury.

    Typed an econsult which then told me to phone surgery and then went off the screen . Waited along time to get through and in the end went down to surgery. The person then wrote details Down. Had phone call in pm and collected prescription next day. This is very frustrating and appreciate there are a lot of people to deal with but system needs to be quickened up when the econsult is not available. Once through all that the service was very good and staff helpful.

    Dispensing of medicines online takes far too long. Your pharmacy staff and not the shop take 10 days to 2 weeks . You do not have an easy replacement services when certain meds are not available.

    I used the eConsult service for the first time recently and found it easy to use and very thorough, taking less than 10 minutes to complete. Once the GP had phoned me, a face to face consultation was then arranged extremely quickly and a diagnosis and treatment established.

    I genuinely think the practice wants to provide a good service but there's a real issue somewhere. You submit a request using the online request but you don't hear anything within the timescales quoted. After chasing using another online request you eventually get a response. I imagine multiple requests will only add to a backlog giving a false picture of the true workload. If the initial request was actioned within timescale it would remove the need for chasing. An effective triage system needs to be in place for online requests.

    Called in to see about a sick note, was told I can only do it on line, even though I was in reception, and could not get an appointment sooner rather than later. Was told via internet that a sick note would take up to 4 days, what are you doing, never see anyone in waiting room, so why the delay in getting to see someone.

    Bt result stated abnormal, need to speak to Dr. After week, I called surgery to be told that 'we have 300 appts to make for Dr callback, if it was deemed urgent Dr would have called you direct but instead has marked your record 'Patient Informed' and passed it to us' and was given appt for over 2 weeks later. Presumably, had I not called the surgery, I would have waited longer for a callback appt. Dr did call on 9 Oct - as I was crossing main road with child in pram. By the the time I got to phone, the call had ended. Clung to phone for rest of day waiting for 2nd call. Evening - checked emails on computer to find email from Dr telling me to book another Bt. Earliest available appt 18 Oct. I expect the result will be marked 'Patient Informed' even though no-one will have contacted me regardless of result. Not happy with my notes being annotated with false information. Happens every time I have a test even though some results are marked 'abnormal' or 'Need to speak to a Dr.' This may be an automatic action through the system but it is not accurate and should be amended. Thank you.

    Good service for having injections, but the other services need to improve. It needs a better telephone service, whenever you ring you are always waiting in a queue. You are told you will get a call back from a dr. But that doesn’t always happen. We need contact with are own dr. Who knows our history, we need to have continuous communication with our own dr. Because they know what we are suffering from therefore we don’t have to repeat things with a dr. That does not understand our medical history.

    When I needed to be seen or required medical support it has always been forthcoming. The econsult process is torturous, one has to 'manage' answers to the questions or it will recommend one calls an ambulance when advice is all that is required!

    Have been going regularly for treatment which has really helped. The nurse practitioner has been brilliant and looked after me 100%. She has given excellent treatment and gone above and beyond to look after me.
