Did an e consult doctor phoned same day and discussed my problems and arranged medication and also discussed other options for treatment

Having moved here recently and as feedback from neighbours had been consistently negative I was very pleasantly surprised. Reception was neutral, environment was clean and calm, and the important part - meeting the new named GP - was reassuring and a pleasure. He also told me when to expect a follow-up.

Always amazing GP’s! They are working in new ways to help as many people as possible. They always ensure that me & mine are treated appropriately within the shortest time possible for the conditions.

Attended for a flu and COVID vaccination. There was no wait and I was in the surgery for no more than ten minutes. The staff were friendly and reassuring.

Dr. visited my parents-in-law at home to give them their covid and flu vaccinations. They are in their 90's. Having not met them before, she quickly accessed their situation and able to reassure them about the vaccines. She also checked my father-in-law for a health issue and sorted it during the visit. We got a call from the Dr. which was very reassuring as we were out of England at the time. Great visit!

Doctor was very personable and caring. Gave me a way forward and went off to do more research. She came back when fully up to speed and had referred me for further tests by a specialist centre.

Having not used the facilities for a considerable amount of years and hearing of terrible issues with GP practices via the media. I was very pleased with the practice and the professional manner in which was used in my medical case, the service was brilliant, so well done from me.

Once you get to see a Health Professional you are normally very well looked after. The staff in general are very good. However taking an excess of thirty minutes on the phone to actually speak to a person does not generate a feeling of confidence. The perceived difficulty in getting an actual face to face with a Dr doesn’t help either. I’m sorry but a “telephone consultation” is not the same. There are anxieties and feelings that cannot be expressed or addressed on the telephone. This is not the fault of the Practice who do the best that they can with the resources available but the gradual decline in NHS provision. It’s well overdue for a radical, and I mean Radical overhaul.

Got straight through to receptionist and had a call back from the Doctor within a couple of hours and then an appointment the same afternoon. Very pleased with the service I received.

The doctor and nurses are very efficient and I have been a patient for a long time I have various issues and they are managed very well I don’t have a problem with anything
