    I did not expect to be denied an appointment 9 days after giving birth. Despite crying on the phone and begging to be seen i was prescribed medication over the phone based off my description of my symptoms. This isn't the service i expected.

    The assessment doctor came to assess my mobility, and immediately came to the conclusion that I needed to be in a rehabilitation hospital, this was arranged immediately for me to be admitted to Kingsbridge Hospital the same day, this has worked out really well, hopefully it will stand me in good stead when I return home. I cannot thank the doctor who came to see me at home enough.

    Have to wait an incredibly long time to even speak to a human being before they decide if your condition is worthy of being brought to the doctors attention.

    I have been with this surgery for over 20 years, before it became beacon medical. I've been the patient of few different GPS and they have always been very kind and understanding and done their very best for me under the most difficult time we are experiencing in the NHS. The pharmacy and reception staff included. Can't praise them highly enough.

    When you send an econsult they do always get a response when they give you a date to get back to you.When you send an econsult with all the information the doctor requires when they ring they still ask what they can do for you surely that's the point of the econsult.They also need to speed up there telephone answering service.I asked for my medication to be reviewed last Wednesday it is now Monday the following week and it's still hasn't been done.I econsulted this two weeks ago and talked to my doctor about it last Wednesday.

    Long waits for doctors to get back to the patient. Told a specific doctor needs to speak with patient and after a week or two, a different doctor rings. No continuity of care.

    I have always had to wait over twenty minutes on the phone to get though and another two weeks to see a doctor if it’s not urgent. When you get to see a Doctor they are caring and helpful.

    Had bad legs for 2 months seen I doctor back in September spoke to another 1.2 weeks ago phone again 7/11/2023 another one phoned me said he would see me but not for another week
