    Following a phone consultation I was invited for an appointment within 30mins,where upon the doctor carried out a thorough examination which upon she was able to alleviate my concerns with a precise & common sense approach

    Met my GP for first time having only spoken on the phone before. Excellent communicator. Made it easy to understand and also prepared to listen. Worth the wait

    I was given a face to face appointment with my new doctor. She had a very pleasant manner and gave me appropriate advice. I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time but I was advised the doctor was running late and she apologised when I saw her. Visiting a surgery is a very different experience from before the pandemic and I feel patients are very much discouraged from seeing a doctor.

    I feel very fortunate to have my G.P. At Becon medical. My doctor is very professional with a lovely understanding nature. My doctor also seeks on my behalf the best treatment available for my condition.while remaining patient under a very stressful workload always going above and beyond her/his duty. I really am honestly great full and fortunate. I just wish I was less trouble for my G.P.

    I always get a very fast response from e-consults and seeing the Dr fave to face is not a problem. I never have to wait for more than a few days for an appointment

    It took 35 minutes to get through on the phone to book an appointment. At the surgery everything was good but making an appointment is difficult

    Small surgical procedure - very efficient and professional service. Was kept fully informed during procedure and was treated with utmost respect and care. Waiting time for the minor procedure was relatively short.

    When you ring the surgery, after listening to various messages for several minutes you are put on hold. The previous message told you where you are in the queue ie 1st of 7th. This helped decide if it was worth hanging on at that time. Position has now been removed from the message so you have no idea how long it will be before answered. Just one more example of being remote from patients.
