    Good diagnosis and next steps implemented Dr was great we covered hearing problems wrist pain problems circulation problems and skin rash problems and sorted out the different prescriptions required

    Was seen on the same day for a stomach problem and felt the doctor was very understanding and explained the next steps and the possibilities of what the problem could and have now had blood tests

    I’ve only just joined the practice but since being with beacon so far I can’t compliment them enough so far seem to be on the ball! A little mix up at the first appointment as I arrived early but the doctor thought I hadn’t turned up even though I had booked in at reception early. my husband although he stood in front of one of the receptionist she completely ignored him but he moved over to another one who emailed the doctor to let her know we had been waiting a long while but it got resolved . I received a text from the doctor saying a had missed an appointment even though I had been waiting a long while, which she was soooo lovely and apologised at the time sending me a text. Which was lovely. You don’t mind waiting especially when the doctor is fabulous caring and understanding. So thrilled with this surgery.

    I spoke to my doctor on Friday 12th April.and recieved a call the same day from the beacon medical group to book me in the following Tuesday 16th April for an Endoscopy. Staff were extremely friendly even when on the phone. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel at ease and I was very nervous. The reception staff the nurses and the doctor were all so good. It was a slightly uncomfortable procedure but was over in 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend this group.

    I have actually been seen on several occasions for the same issue and the surgery have kept in touch with me until the matter was sorted and are still doing so now and have really relieved my anxious state of mind.

    After surgery I required a follow-up procedure. After trying to arrange this for 2 weeks without success I phoned the surgery requesting a GP telephone consultation. GP phoned and for the 1st I felt I was being listened to. GP arranged everything and within 2 days my follow-up procedure was done. Excellent so a massive thank you and well done.

    The service I received from my GP and accute team was amazing during my recent kidney infections. It saved me having to be hospitalised which I am truly grateful for. My continued care from my GP is amazing. Thank you.

    Having submitted eConsult, contacts over a week later with 2 calls one after the other and missed due to being in work and then had to resubmit as missed opportunities. As work away then unable to come immediately to surgery. Went in to book as direct by GP on the phone and still waiting for original eConsult condition to be seen 7 weeks.

    I was seen by my GP after a telephone conversation. She was as helpful and reassuring as ever and listened to my concerns. She agreed to my wife being present during the consultation and answered her questions about my condition as well.
