    I spoke to my new doctor (I didn’t know I’d been changed over) last week and felt really listened to. Dr Buczek listened and valued my feelings and I felt a weight was lifted of my shoulders immediately. I would recommend him highly and haven’t felt that way in a long time. Thank you Doctor Buczek

    From phone call to Doctor apt in Surgery I was treated with respect & professionalism. I felt I was listened to & given time to talk freely.

    Having to wait 2 weeks for a phone call when I desperately need a repeat course of antibiotics and antifungal is ridiculous. The problem was healing by 23/05 and a further course then would have cleared this completely, to now be told I will be contacted on 7/06 is a joke!

    E-consult didn’t have what I wanted to ask about so needed to call. Receptionist was very helpful about the elderly patient I had called for but felt that I was less valued being a younger patient. A visit was arranged for the next day for the elderly patient and I was informed I should complete an e-consult for myself to find I then had to wait another 2 weeks before speaking to my GP. My GP did visit the next day and dealt with the elderly patient and my e-consult so I am very satisfied it was my GP that attended the visit and was able to alleviate my concerns.

    Sent in my form got an email that doc would ring in over 2 weeks time. Just to be told to arrange my own physio. Not done as I have been in hospital.

    I was asked if zi would participate in an ongoing research project. The explanations I reviewed were very good as was the description of the whole process , no pressure was put to participate and I was asked repeatedly if I had any questions. Both the Doctor and the Research Nurse were very forthcoming with their explanations. I hope I am able to continue with this project.

    I did an e consult nearly 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a call back. I visited recently for another appointment and was told my call would be the next day and that was a week ago. It is impossible to get through to reception via the phone and the e consult is long winded just to get a call back
