Absolutely superb service from Aire Valley Surgery this morning that needs to be acknowledged and praised. Within 10 minutes of requesting an appointment I’d received a text with an online form to complete. The GP prescribed antibiotics which I collected from the pharmacy within an hour of my initial contact. I’m not sure anyone could ask for a better service than that. Thank you to all involved!

I had a hysterectomy and on leaving hospital needed a sick note. Very simple procedure to follow online giving me details and requirements. My sick note was issued very promptly via text to enable me to pass to my employer. Easy to do and very efficient

Having had my Covid booster injection, the receptionist supplied me with details of the vaccine, and referred me to a GP, who called me back promptly and gave helpful advice. I called in to the surgery to ask for the above assistance, and was dealt with quickly.

Every experience I have had with this practice in regards to the care of my 2 year old has been amazing! Same day appointment and very reassuring confident staff that listen to me as a concerned parent. They are excellent staff!!

The online system is so simple to use and I was called within an hour within an appointment time. The advanced nurse practitioner was brilliant. Very thorough with questioning to find the root of my problem and explaining the cause and solutions. I felt at ease and listened to. Thank you very much. Great service all round.

Thank you! We tweaked our online service recently to make it as simple and streamlined as possible, so it's really good to hear that this is what you found and that you were booked in quickly too. Feedback about the staff is always shared with them and they really appreciate it...and we also think our ANPs are great too! Really appreciate you taking the time to feedback, thanks for doing this.

Completed the online reception form at 8am for my 5 year old daughter, received a call at 8.50 offering a GP appt. GP appt at 9.30am and all done and dusted at 9.50am. Efficient and seemless.

We recently moved to the area and registered with the practice. The system was simple and straightforward and we immediately felt supported. I was called for a review appointment relating yo ling term health issues, and subsequent annual tests, as well as a telephone consultation. I cannot praise the practice more highly. Very very impressed! Thank you.

On this particular occasion I was asked for a urine sample, by a health Professional following my phone call. I had a UTI. Thankfully The Response was very quick.

I made an online enquiry at 14:48 today and received a call from the surgery at 15:25 to ask if I could attend an appointment at 16:00. By 16:15 I had been examined and diagnosed and a prescription was on its way to the pharmacy I use. The medication was in my hands by 16:35. They say the NHS is closed for business and you can't get a GP appointment but this level of service is pretty much standard at Aire Valley!

I had an appt reply within 3 hours of online request. Saw a PA within 2 days and he immediately sent me exercises and physio contact.
