Dentist made me feel. Relaxed , fab care , understood I’m a nervous patient , went above and beyond to put me at ease , explained everything and no pain at all

My appointment was for 1.30 pm and I was seen on time - unusual but very refreshing for an appointment in the middle of the day. The check up was thorough and I was given sensible advice on dental care.

The service from the dentist, their assistant and also the reception staff is very good. I am disappointed however in the recent sizeable increase in fees for the hygienist services (now £80 for a clean) and even more disappointed that you have to pay £25 of that upfront as a deposit when booking it for the next time (six months or more in advance). That seems wrong.

The appointment itself was very quick and efficient however I was let down by the fact that the dentist was almost half an hour late, I feel that if I was to turn up half an hour late for an appointment I wouldn’t allowed to be seen

I was made to feel at ease , everything was explained with what was being done . Only down side was the shock at the rise in costs , I'm not sure why a clean was £79 when I’m a national health patient

I suffer with anxiety & at to have 3 fillings to so obviously i was anxious but when i walked into the room i was spoken to & was explained on what i was going having done, i at to have injections & was told about them & what was gonna happen but they reasured me & asked if i was okay while doing my treatment & i couldn't thank them enough. So once again thank you for making me feel at ease.
