The pleasant manner and gentle approach by the dentist. Also her speedy resolution of my problem in one visit. I also value greatly the follow up advice she has given me today and on previous visits.

The dentist was very patient & understood the pain i was in... If anything he could have pre-warned me about the needle going in to numb my gums, but overall very happy & pain-free ?

Dentist was very Professional, but not impressed with the small room for the patient or for the Dentist to work. This use to be a toilet area. Had to climb over the dentist chair!

The dental staff are lovely, the reception staff seem under pressure or not getting along with each other, some kind of tension there? Also the clinician was running late for my appointment but it wasn’t acknowledged and no apology. If those tho gs were resolved it would be 5 star for sure

An inlay fell out in the morning, and I was able to see my own dentist and have it refitted the same morning. Amazing! Thank you to everyone at Victoria House.

I was very apprehensive as I have been unwell and was therefore concerned about having an extraction, however I should not have been as everyone was so helpful and caring.
