Apart from the initial telephone call into the practice, which took around 20 minutes and a considerable number of calls before I collected, the service was absolutely superb

I need to alter an appointment. Was on 'hold' on the phone for 16 mins, then told I'd have to leave a message, then told that the inbox was full. It's difficult for people to contact you and manage their appointments and a disappointing experience. I will try again later today and hope to be more successful.

My dentist was excellent, had a tooth out didn't feel a thing very quick, and polite, reception staff excellent best dentist I've been to x

Greeted politely by receptionists. Seen immediately, by dentist, who carefully explained treatment alternatives after thorough examination. A most pleasant visit.

Attitude of staff is always so friendly and you just can’t beat our fantastic dentist. So knowledgeable and he and his assistant are always soo lovely. We are sad he’s leaving but soo happy for him to be able to spend more time with his family.

I was carefully listened to and my teeth were checked thoroughly. An X-ray was done to check if the infection I recently had had cleared up.

In an age where NHS dentists are hard to find, I appreciate the skill and care I have received. Receptionists are polite and friendly.

Lady with dementia...with broken tooth really appreciated the kind staff and seeing dentist too help her suffering extremely hard to find help...it was amazing thank you
