The exam was quick and the advice clear and appreciated. I was a bit surprised that my 08:30 appointment was for some reason delayed to 8:50, as it was the first appointment.

Time taken to explain fully, and sending me info following the apt ! The hygienist was friendly and supportive and made me feel confident she knew what she was doing and was really knowledgeable and helpful !

Friendly and on the ball reception staff who communicated with my dentist, who very kindly fit me in for an emergency appointment. This meant so much to me, thank you.

The hygienist I saw today was excellent! She explained everything very clearly and was so approachable I felt I could ask more questions about my gum health than I have previously.

Been going to this practice for over 30 years. Very friendly and efficient and i have always been satisfied with my treatment there. Feel very lucky to be registered as an NHS patient.

Good system overall and reliable ; I like the online message appointment log. and reminders. Upstairs waiting is adequate but found it too hot this visit, a bit air-less. Thank you.

The hygienist was excellent. Explained what she was doing and why; what after effects there may be; and options for me to improve tooth care. She was also considerate about my discomfort at times.
