I phoned at 8.30 to try to get an emergency appointment, I had been in pain and was upset. I was treated with respect and it was explained clearly why I was unable to see a dentist . My details were taken so the receptionist manager could contact me . I was sent a text and I was given an appointment.

Great dentist and dental nurse. Efficient practice. Team always apologise and communicate if your appointment is overrunning slightly. Super reassuring.

How little the dentist knew about me as a patient (clearly unaware why I was there) and didn’t make me feel like a valued customer

I currently have a medical exemption certificate due to having a baby which the practice are aware of. I turned up to my appointment to be asked by the dentist if I could re arrange as he ‘didn’t have his NHS number’ this provided no explanation to me, what does that even mean to somebody that doesn’t understand how the systems work. I said no as I had made the journey and appointments are difficult to obtain. I couldn’t actually believe I was asked to rearrange without any notice, it was astonishing. I was asked to wait outside ‘whilst they sorted something out’. Eventually the dental nurse asked me to return and suddenly they were able to do my appointment. I was left extremely confused as to why I was told initially they couldn’t do it and also to think they thought a patient would happily say yes to rearranging an appointment when they’d make the journey really baffled me.

The long term veneer and after care advice completely understood. Reasons for problems with temporary fixture changing colour and being loose throughout the week, which eventually fell out day 6.

Came in fine, left numb but later to develop tooth ache. Not even convinced the right tooth has been filled. Had a very strange experience during the procedure never anything experienced before. Not happy

My visit to Victoria Dentist today was very good they are so friendly caring. Reassuring. To put my mind at ease as im an anxious person. Asked if i was ok. I won.t be to scared ne t time. Many thanks.

Too quick the gum clean by the dentist. Also did not feel any different when later that day. £50 I paid and that was minus the checkup payment. I also asked for advice for my loose teeth and didnt get anywhere.
