Friendly front desk full of smiles as you know first impression starts has you walk through the door.i use to be scared of dentists but my dentist vasil is the best for i am not worried any more and feel quite relaxed when i go now . Big tick from me keep up the good work.

Booo an appointment two months ago to have a tooth out when I arrived you said it was a check up and now I have to wait another two months poor service

The waiting time. Arrived 15 mins early and was made to wait 15 mins past my appointment time. I understand some delays can happen but might be good for dentist to have a system to advise of delay to appointment so customer can then plan ahead.

Nothing really, my appointment was 10.20 and didnt get seen until 10.50, so 30 mins late! Then to be told that my dentist is going private so very unhappy about this situation

All of the staff are always friendly , professional and helpful. I have huge concerns about the transition from offering Nhs treatment though. The parking is becoming a problem and on my last two visits have had to use alternatives away from the surgery.

Nothing really stood out apart how crammed in the chairs were in the waiting room so I stood outside so that’s the only thing that stood out.

How many times my appointment was cancelled not getting another for months later. The dentist took out the wrong Tooth. The receptionists not doing a very good job I had to take my dentures in for repair, when I enquired about getting them back after Eight days I was asked which receptionist I gave them too, then I was told they wouldn’t be back for another three weeks. When I went to get new teeth added to my denture they didn’t have them until I asked to speak to the manager then all of a sudden they appeared. I was also told getting teeth added to my denture would take a month to do when I told my dentist he said No a week which they did come back at that time So as you can see my experience with Elms was an absolute nightmare
