The dentist was new to me and very pleasant . However the parking was horrendous as are the new prices. I had a check up and xray. £95. Not easy for me on benefits. Wont be able to afford hygienist or 6 monthly check up.

1: Dental work, brilliant. 2: Car park, congested. Raising anxiety to meet appointment time, even arriving 15 mins early. 3: Waiting room congested.

Receptionists always friendly and helpful. I saw the hygienist who is always informative with my gum care, which is improving thanks to her care and advice.

The hygienist was lovely and professional as ever. Being told you have cancelled my dentist appointment as you have gone Private is hugely disappointing- what are patients on limited budgets expected to do??

Quick action on filling. As always pleasant staff. Bitterly disappointed they are going private and not offering insurance policies. Costs of capitation plan for pensioners with dentures crippling. Would have preferred an insurance like Denplan care. Will be leaving.

My appointment was for a check up. The whole process from checking in, the appointment, check out and making a new appointment was very efficient. I was treated very respectfully urging my whole visit.

I have been a patient at The Elms for many years and have had lots of problems with teeth including a visit to Maxillo Facial Unit at NGH to remove cyst from gum I have never been "scared" of going to the Dentist as I know when I walk out of the building my pain will be gone. They have also been very understanding and patient with me having unfortunately developed hearing loss is a nuisance but they were great with me (especially when the patient has also to wear a mask.

The reception and waiting is vwery clean and bright. The dentist welcoming andfriendly the information re changes taking place to the practice were helpful.

Simple straight forward. Great to be able to communicate via email and sms. Makes it so much easier to manage appointments. Reception team always friendly and good advice from Dentists without the patronising undertones you get from so many dentists. Really great service.
